DAREX365 Consulting is built on 37+ years of global consulting experience led by Nicky Dare — who launched Meta Management Consultants in 1988. Her career began in Singapore where she spearheaded strategic operations and international projects, before expanding into London, Jakarta, and eventually Los Angeles.
From high-impact BPR workshops with government agencies in Jakarta, to organizational restructuring for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and cross-border collaborations in Southeast Asia, Ms. Dare’s leadership is deeply rooted in the Kaizen philosophy — and documented in her book Kaizen Currency of Sustainable Success (see pages 22–27 and 62).
Her legacy includes critical roles in Southeast Asian energy and infrastructure sectors. She contributed to risk and marketing strategy integration for Pertamina, co-led oil and gas privatization feasibility studies under IMG, and helped deliver stakeholder roadmaps for multinational partners during the reorganization of the conglomerate groups.
